But in these darkest moments, backlit by an angelic refrigerator light, the beaconing silhouette of hope promising an answer to your woes: Dip.

For the tortilla chip, a salsa!
For the samosa, some chutney!
For the chicken, some gravy!

The snack is saved by the dip, rejoice.

But too long has dip been cast in the shadows of haute cuisine, dismissed as the simple savior of an otherwise mediocre meal. It is so much more.

The dip is the meal.

At Dipfest, we celebrate all types of dips: the sweet dips, the acidic dips, the spicy dips, the creamy dips, the friendly dips, the lovely dips, the funny dips, and the dips from your memories.
